The total design scale of the project is 1500 tons of domestic waste per day, and the scale of the first phase is 750 tons per day. The service scope includes Tianchang urban area and towns in the development zone, serving about 700000 people. At present, the project can handle 270000 tons of garbage annually, generate about 121 million kilowatt hours of electricity annually, save 48700 tons of standard coal annually, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 120200 tons.

The implementation of this project has effectively solved the problem of domestic waste disposal in Tianchang City, protected and maintained its ecological functions, and laid a solid foundation for improving the human settlements in Tianchang City and building a beautiful city.
